Relax in the private self-contained wing of this large home. This property is ideally situated on an elevated private park like life style property, with views of city, gorge, Mount Maunganui/Mauao Island, Mayor Island and Karewa Island. 

Fomerly a lime orchard, Bushy Park is a quiet rural life style property with ample off street secure parking, yet only minutes drive from the Tauranga Crossing and the Greerton shopping centers that includes a mall, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and bars. We are located in close proximity to many amenities TECT Park is 15 minutes, Tauriko Industrial area is 5 minutes, Ataahua is a 1 minute drive, The Orchard, Legacy and Pyes Pa Crematorium.  We are also only 30 minutes from Ngongotaha Rotorua.

You will receive a key to your private wing that has it's own external access, lounge, kitchenette, and two good sized queen bed guest rooms. You also have your own bathroom with a large hydrotherapy spa bath and shower and a separate toilet/wash basin room. During the warmer months of November to March you have access to a large heated outdoor pool and during most of the year a heated outdoor spa pool. There is also free Wi-Fi and a double futon sofa bed in the lounge to fit up to six guests. A changing table and cot is also available on request.
