• No smoking, vapes or e-cigarettes allowed inside

• No shoes in the house

• Quiet Hours 11 pm to 7 am

• Gates are closed at night 

Pool Wing Price

• $230+GST per night for 1 or 2 guests

• $50+GST per night per each additional guest (infants < 1 years free)

Garden Wing Price

• $180+GST per night for 1 or 2 guests

• $50+GST per night per each additional guest (infants < 1 years free)

Breakfast

• Breakfast is an additional optional $20+GST per person and includes:

  • Two fresh free range eggs poached on home made bread

  • 2 extra slices of home made bread toast and home made jams

  • Tea, coffee & hot chocolate in the wing

• Breakfast must be ordered the night before and is available between 8am and 9am

Cancellation Policy

• When booking a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, to secure the booking

• Booking can be cancelled 48 hours before Check-in date 2pm for 100% refund of the deposit

• If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the Check-n date 2pm then the deposit is not refunded 

• The remaining 50% must be paid before or on arrival
